Happy July, everyone! After some time away, I'm thrilled to be back on LinkedIn and reconnecting with this amazing community 🤭 Although June brought its share of challenges, I'm excited to kick off July on a positive note. While I was away, I had the fantastic opportunity to facilitate a training session for an amazing group of female solopreneurs. We tackled a critical topic: 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚 𝐨𝐧𝐞-𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡. I didn't realise until the session and with the feedback I received that this may have been a passion of mine 🤔 Many solopreneurs expressed the desire to scale their businesses, but also voiced concerns about: Personnel cost, the fear of entrusting someone else with something they've built from the ground up, previous negative experiences and the worry of not finding the 'right fit'. During the training, I led the participants through actionable strategies for: - Identifying delegatable tasks and freeing up your time for strategic vision. - Mastering the art of delegation for a more efficient and empowered approach. - Finding and retaining the right talent through effective recruiting and onboarding practices. - Building strong support systems to ensure your team thrives. - Designing a win-win benefit package to attract and keep top talent. - Leveraging the power of a team to maximize your time, and market reach.
