Hello everyone, 👋 🚀Here is the update for Week 3, Day 4 progress of our project. 𝐈, Aaryan Panda 𝐚𝐧𝐝 BalaShnekithaa Satheesh Kumar, 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐲 4 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 78𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 🇮🇳. Now, let's dive into today's progress and challenges. ✍️ 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬: 1. Spent quality time reviewing how our project has evolved 2. Examined the tech stack and tools we've been using 3. Looked back on our accomplishments to date 🛠️ 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬: Even though it's not stated clearly, handling this project alongside other course works is probably still tough. Rubies Technologies will celebrate its 7th anniversary on June 15, 2024. I agree with people who tell me I downplayed our impact in the past seven years.  Aside from the impacts we have made over the years, I am more grateful to God for the growth I have encountered in my leadership journey. When the journey began, I didn't have any experience, plans, or even clear intentions about the organisation but I am grateful for how far I have come. While I was running Rubies Technologies , I successfully held other leadership roles in other places of assignment. The experience I have gathered leading the Rubies Team has been life-changing and has also contributed to my career growth. When I started, I assumed many roles as a trainer, marketer, content creator, and many more, but I mostly learned on the job and have enjoyed every part of my growth. Looking back on seven years and the big things God has helped us achieve, I am pumped to do more as it becomes clearer and bigger every step of the way. These girls have been growing, and I am so pleased at the rate and more excited knowing we still have five months to do more. They have learned a lot of skills, even while learning to code. Indeed, I will wear my cap and say that we are doing big things at Rubies Technologies through Christ, who strengthens us. You can still volunteer, partner with, or sponsor the ongoing Girl's Tech BootCamp. It has been a journey of growth, learning, unlearning, and relearning. Seven is a significant number, and the most exciting thing is that it launches one into a new phase. Yes, I am super excited about our new phase.
