How I use this hack: ✅ advising emails ✅ tech troubleshooting for students ✅ sharing my available hours (office hours, scheduling links) ✅ policy questions (can I...?) ✅ procedure questions (how do I...?) ✅ start of term announcements ✅ end of term announcements ✅ hiring and onboarding steps (new faculty, student workers, graduate assistants) ✅ birthdays, anniversaries, congratulations ✅ interview and speaking engagement requests ✅ follow ups on press releases and news features ✅ task delegation and reminders ... the list goes on and on 🥳 What kind of text snippets could you use in your work? What are the opinions out there for technical co-founders who are open to equity-only compensation? I've chatted with several people the last few weeks who are looking for technical co-founders, but can't offer more than equity for now. I know it can be a sensitive topic.
