Recognizing the ineffectiveness of this outdated method, I introduced a Practical Case Study-Based Approach. This method replaces monotonous slides with real-life scenarios, significantly improving engagement and comprehension. For instance, instead of merely presenting on Software Architecture Design, the training was based around understanding the best practices on an ADAS project, specific to their current scenario. This shift to a practical, case-based, show-and-tell approach has proven far more effective in achieving meaningful learning outcomes. What do you think?
