When a recruiter attempts to connect with you on here, don't assume they are just wanting to "pester" you. Recruiter have so many connections in that will assist you either presently or in the future. A few examples of what I have done: - A post was made for groundworks subcontractor in the North East. I messaged with a client I have worked with and they won the work. - Posts are made on a daily basis for last minute machine hire due to being let down. A simple tag of a plant hire company who wouldn't have seen the post solved the issue. - Last minute machine operative training needed. Recruiters connect with trainers and speak to them on a daily basis to help candidates out when tickets are expiring or they are trying something new. - Personalised work wear and PPE I have seen a lot of lately. Recruitment companies require these too. - A company is looking for a site engineer with the typical "no agencies" at the end. I had a site engineer just the day before post looking for work and put them in touch. (That's right .. not all agencies are greedy. We actually like to see people in work) These are just a few of the ways recruiters can assist you without trying to make money off you. Take advantage of what they have to offer!
