Not an Emergency Exit ??? Maybe someone should tell that to the #water Courtesy of 24-7 flood / water escape event monitoring platform, this was a 4:30 am wake-up call for a client today... This #flood event was the by-product of some mechanical work done the day before - ironically to install actuators to manage, measure and shut off water supply in the event of material pressure variances and/or detected escape events... Grateful for: ✔ #propertymanager that completed on-boarding of Alert Notification and was alerted at 4:18 am (to be specific) ✔ Alert Labs Inc. platform that worked as designed and promised. Despite being washed away the sensors that were affixed to the ground with tapcon screws are still operational and reporting. ✔ Sub Contractor that has / is stepping up to the plate to remedy the situation ✔ #abundance mindset that I look for the #learning opportunities in what others would view as a calamity and chaos Next step is to complete with our team an Experience Transformer(TM) from the team Strategic Coach to maximize learning from this event. #water #flood #leakdetection
