I played my backhand with two hands for 40 years. At the beginning of last year I decided to learn a one-handed backhand and document the learning process. You can watch my latest YouTube video (Intuitive Tennis) and find out which problems I encountered throughout 2023 (& how I tried to fix them). Some of the issue were: 1. Blisters 2. 2-H Backhand Muscle Memory 3. Return of Serve Problems 4. High Balls Sub to @intuitivetennis for more tennis content! #tennistechnique #tenniscoaching #tennis

Tennis camps should’nt be a second thought. This is the chance for operators to sell this wonderful sport. Many times I’ve spoken to coaches who feel camps are a burden. This couldn’t be further from the truth. This is such a good driver for new players! Don’t sell yourself short! Create a camp that truely reflects your termly program. #weetbix #tenniscamps #tenniscoaching #tennisbusiness #tennisaustralia

🎾 Unlocking the Potential: The Impact of Coaches in Tennis 🌟 In a recent research I conducted, I delved into the critical role coaches play in shaping athletes' performance. The consensus? Their influence can range from 50% to a staggering 75% or more. 📈 In the dynamic world of tennis, where players increasingly navigate their journeys solo, the presence of a dedicated coach has become paramount. 🎾 Yet, it's evident that coaches often don't receive the recognition they truly deserve. It's time to change that narrative. 🔊 Let's champion our coaches, fostering collaboration, listening intently, and advocating fiercely for their success. By elevating the status of coaches, we not only enhance the quality of play but also propel the sport forward, ensuring athletes reach their full potential. 💥 Together, let's drive the evolution of tennis, where every player, with the support of a valued coach, can thrive. 🚀 #CoachAppreciation #TennisEvolution
Elevating tennis coaches to help them reach their true potential both on and off the court. Listening to tennis coaches to create a healthy, sustainable ecosystem for all. We are excited to share more soon. Ready, Unbox. #unboxyourvalue #tennis #coach #sports

What activities put you into a state of flow? Today it was tennis for me. There is no feeling like playing a good game of tennis. I think it's about finding that balance between skills and challenge, and having a simple clear goal (e.g. for the next hour I am playing tennis - no distractions). It also helps to have the element of play 🎾 When do you feel like you're in the state of flow? How do you get there? #tennis #play #flow

Tennis Serve: Your Lower Back is under so much of stress during Tennis serve because the Rotational forces happening in your Lower Back.Happens the same when you are hitting the Ground strokes as well.So you need to be really Stronger in Lower Back to take the load.Lower Back is the Foundation of your body,it is very important to keep it stronger.Strong Lower Back helps you to prevent injuries as well and last longer in the game as well. Tennis is a combination of agility and endurance. When it comes to Tennis Serve Co ordination is a must as your whole body would need to be in sync to execute the Serve. How popular is pickleball? While out for my daily walk, what did I see in the neighbourhood tennis court-ice rink complex? People playing tennis? Nope…Three groups of people playing pickleball, with one group having erected their own pickleball-specific net since City of Toronto workers hadn’t yet erected the tennis net on the tennis-pickleball court. With this level of interest and passion, could we soon see a Toronto franchise in Major League Pickleball? #pickleball #emergingsport #sportbusiness

I help tennis players master the inner game, avoid injuries and improve fitness to play their best tennis 💪🎾
Tennis shouldn't be expensive. Being self-taught was not easy and from what I can tell, rare for high level tennis players. This shouldn't be the case. I spent a year building an online platform designed for tennis players to get a great understanding of the game without making it expensive. Best of all you can try it for free!
