It's not too late to chase your dreams — take it from these late-bloomers:

What can we learn from people who succeed later in life?

It’s never too late to fail forward! People who found success later in life know another important thing about mistakes — they know how to use a mistake to propel them toward success. While the wisdom that comes with age doesn’t mean you’ll never make another mistake, it does mean you can learn to turn a stumbling block into a stepping stone, and a catastrophe into a catalyst to drive you toward success.

Yes, we can definitely learn from people who achieve success later in life for several reasons. Their success later on is not an indication that they were not productive earlier in their lives. Instead, it signifies and affirms that they never gave up on their dreams or succeeded in smaller endeavors that paved the way for them to achieve greatness later in life. People who succeed later in life are heroes because they never gave up on their dreams. Their success demonstrates that they have gained self-development and wisdom, enabling them to achieve more than they might have earlier in their lives.

Age is merely a filter whereby an individual has discovered the means to transform accumulated knowledge into wisdom. It is not by any means age dependent but the lens of time helps. And, of course, there are those who never get it and typically end up as detractors to those who can. That’s just human nature.

Incredibly inspiring to see that it's never too late to pursue your dreams. Success doesn't have an age limit! #NeverTooLate #ChaseYourDreams #SuccessAtAnyAge

This is something that Jung explains very well: creativity and personal purpose do not understand age, place, or time. Each one of us has our own journey, awareness, and process of self-realization and self-knowledge. Comparing ourselves with others, or succumbing to the ideas that society praises as success, has little to do with that idea. Part of the challenge is to remain firm and committed to the values and ideas that drive our dreams, and to WORK in that direction 🏄♂️

Absolutely agree! It's never too late to pursue your dreams and achieve success. The journey might be challenging, but the rewards of following our passion are always worth it.

“Your chance of success has little to do with your age. It’s shaped by your willingness to try repeatedly for a breakthrough.” This stuck out to me. That willingness to try (or O factor as they call it) makes the difference in bringing a good idea to life or not. This made me think of one of my personal quotes I use In leadership training, “A pound of execution is greater than 2 tons of ideas.”
