As summer comes to an end, it's the perfect time to reflect on the incredible experiences we’ve had with our internship programmes this year. We were thrilled to partner with Teen-Turn, hosting two impactful programmes aimed at empowering young women with hands-on STEM experience and encouraging more women to pursue tech-focused qualifications and careers 🌟 First, we welcomed two third-level students as part of Teen-Turn’s Learn-to-Earn programme, giving them eight weeks of immersive, real-world experience in their area of study. They absolutely hit the ground running, gaining invaluable insights and making a genuine impact within the teams that they worked with. Next, we opened our doors to five secondary school students for a two-week internship, offering them a glimpse into the wide range of roles and opportunities within the tech world. Their curiosity and energy were infectious as they explored what a future in tech could look like. Throughout both programmes, our interns demonstrated creativity, enthusiasm, and a strong drive to develop new skills and explore their career interests. They grew both personally and professionally, and it was a privilege to be part of their journey. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made these programmes possible—from our dedicated team members who offered guidance and mentorship, to the interns who seized every opportunity to learn and grow.
