Whether its professional or personal, creative fatigue can be both extremely frustrating and discouraging. Fear not! It happens to everybody and you can definitely get past it. Here are our top tips: 1. Change your environment to stimulate new ideas by exploring different surroundings or rearranging your workspace.  2. Move! Engaging in a different activity, such as exercise, will refresh your mind and help you gain a new perspective.  3. Goals, goals, goals. Set small, manageable goals to reduce the pressure and gradually build momentum.  4. Take a break to clear your mind and reset your focus. Try to not think about the task at hand and instead let yourself breathe.  5. Just start. By allowing yourself to create without judgement, you focus on progress instead of perfection. You may just end up where you’ve been trying to go. The main takeaway? Don’t give up. We’ve all been there!
