Easy ways to make your TA team happy on Global TA Day. 1. Give timely feedback on candidates 2. Conduct intake calls with them instead of pushing the job description on them 3. Don't lowball candidates 4. Don't keep asking “Who else is on the market?” 5. Don’t keep changing requirements every week 6. You could be the most desirable company in the world, but if your hiring process and candidate experience are poor, you’ll lose more than you win. And it doesn’t matter if you’re a FAANG organisation or making your very first hire—how you make candidates feel throughout the process is what will allow you to secure the most relevant person for your role.
