And you know what that meannnnnnnns! 🪞REFLECTION TIME🧐 Here are a couple questions to reflect one you your team to improve your team cohesion this month: 1️⃣ Is this work going to hinder or accelerate the process? + Evaluate the impact of tasks on overall progress. 2️⃣ Is this a time to exercise empathy over prioritizing execution, or vice versa? + Determine when to prioritize understanding versus getting things done. 3️⃣ Is this resistance fueled by personal biases? + Reflect on whether opposition is based on personal feelings rather than the team’s best interest. 4️⃣ Is everyone on the team being heard and understood? + Ensure all voices are included in discussions and decisions. 5️⃣ Is there a chance that the other party could provide more insight? + Consider the potential value of others’ perspectives. 🦾 Now go review and reflect with your squad so we can get to it together this month. Part of a ecosystem to develop omnichannel strategies to gain and manage opt-ins. Particularly interesting when moving into new TA's with new customer groups and for biotechs (focused on rare diseases) from the US who are moving into Europe and require more digital-heavy GTM models. Still seeing the need for providing strong omnichannel campaigns to firstly gain the opt-ins, but then make strong use of the opt-ins once they are gathered.

"I guess we just trust they will do the right thing until they don't." This past week at a team building workshop, we spoke about how to extend trust, especially to new team members. The question was asked and instead of answering it myself, I invited the group to contribute to hear what they thought about this and I love what one team member said, "we just do." I love this conversation about trust, especially with teams because it's foundational to teamwork and without it, everything else falls apart. The next time you have a new team member join your team, instead of making them earn your trust, how about extending it and allowing them to live up to the trust extended to them? Imagine the speed teams would experience if they operated as such.

Making a GREAT team takes time and dedication. Not just one person can take care of everything but when your whole team can support each other, that’s when you can grow together. Example: When your team can come together, sharing their strengths and weaknesses. Come up with a strategy on how you can be successful together by using each other’s strengths and weaknesses, there isn’t ANYTHING that can stop you!

Everyone has their own definition of accomplishment and what key elements in life make you feel this sense of fulfillment, contentment, pride or completion.
