Dear Telkom, I purchased data with my credit card and it was never added. You realy stink at this mobile business. I have now been wating for nearly a week.
Not so happy though. Every month I pay my bill via EFT - then Telkom hands me over to debt collectors. After countless calls and emails, Telkom still didn't change my payment options (although customers are given the OPTION TO PAY CASH OR EFT).

2moDear Telkom, why is that everytime one wants to downgrade or cancel their current product your consultants hang up on us and the ones at the branch can’t help us. I want to buy a phone but first I need to downgrade for me to be able to afford both my data and the phone, but noooooo Telkom just keeps hanging up their line the minute one mentions cancellation or downgrade. I guess I’ll get my phone elsewhere then.
