I don't understand why people in eCommerce have started differentiating B2C & B2B so much when all I know in these years of experience working in eCommerce that its the different names of the same game. Fundamental principles are the same Selling to Consumers or Selling to Businesses the end goal remains the same. Would love to get proved wrong if you don't agree with the following 1. Customer-Centric Approach 2. User Experience Matters 3. Data-Driven Insights 4. Omni-Channel Presence 5. People to People while they may have their nuances and unique challenges, at their core, they're both part of the same game The game of * Delivering Value * Building Relationships * Driving Growth #eCommerce #B2C #B2B #DigialCommerce

Implementing a self-service portal in the B2B world is immensely beneficial, empowering customers by providing the tools to help themselves. Nearly 100 percent of B2B buyers prefer self-service e-commerce features, a stark contrast to traditional pre-digital wholesale methods. Historically, B2B sales relied on conventional communication techniques such as cold calls, mailed physical catalogs, and extensive direct account management by sales reps. Today’s buyers prefer less direct contact with e-commerce teams and more interactive control over their shopping experience. Integrating a self-service portal into your customer service strategy is crucial for success in the modern B2B landscape.
