I have tried to contact support regarding a technical error, I am unable to access the learning material. My deadline for the exam is going to end soon, I would hate to miss out on the opportunity due to a technical error that could be easily resolved.

Finish your existing process, to explore this opportunity later." This has left me unable to proceed with any new applications. I have thoroughly reviewed my account and existing projects but have not identified any pending tasks or processes that might cause this. I would greatly appreciate your guidance in resolving this matter. Regarding the Marvel project, their payment terms are unclear. I have been awaiting payment for more than six weeks. I was provided with a payment schedule indicating a payment date of January 15th for work completed at the beginning of December; however, this payment was not received. Subsequently, they communicated a change in the payment process, which was not disclosed at the outset. They are not adhering to consistent payment schedules. Currently, they are simply advising me to wait, without providing a timeframe for payment.
