These are statements of performance individuals must achieve when carrying out functions in the workplace, together with specifications of the underpinning knowledge and understanding. The NOS can be used in so many different ways, examples are: Employers can create in-house competence standards for employees' roles and responsibilities. Job Seekers may use them for updating resume, finding the jobs skills requirements and performance criteria. Training Providers can prepare training materials for specific occupations to help fill in the jobs skills requirements. Individuals can research different types of jobs and match their skills/experience to those that are needed. Employees can create a job description and improve the competence of staff for particular industries. Students use the NOS to gather the information for study material and learning different types of levels. Educational Organisation use them for teaching purposes, creating course materials for students and teachers. HR professionals create job descriptions to recruit new staff or a training plan for different type of skills. Read more: https://lnkd.in/ddi-by4p
