🍕 A bit of Friday Fun on World Pizza Day! 🍕 We asked Team Damstra Technology about how they like their pizzas - A little debate was kneaded! 🤣 What about you? 🍕 Are there acceptable or unacceptable toppings such as pineapple or anchovies? The question we must ask ourselves about EVERY part of our business is quite simple: Am I doing this to check a box that I’m doing it, or am I doing this to add value? Another great example of this idea is the coffee you provide your customers. Odds are it’s the coffee you’re required to buy to “get the machine for free.” That’s checking the box that you have coffee, but, who actually wants to drink a powdered milk latte made from beans roasted 172 years ago? Ummm… not me… and guess what, neither do your guests! Newsflash, your staff DOES NOT want Pizza!! #pushback #bethechange

Is a hotdog a sandwich? The numbers suggest that hotdogs are more closely related to tacos... and that lasagna is closely related to cake, spring rolls are closely related to cannoli, and Chicago-style pizza is more closely related to pie than it is to New York-style pizza.
