Try this instead 👇 Smashed edamame & peas on toast 🫛 (serves 2) 90g shelled, frozen edamame, defrosted 90g frozen peas, defrosted ½ avocado Handful coriander leaves & stems, finely chopped 1 lime, zest and juice Smash together all ingredients (or add to a small food processor) until it resembles a chunky dip. Toast your bread of choice and add your toppings. We like a bit of chilli oil, pickled onion and a tablespoon of hemp seeds. What else would you add to this?
