We are thrilled to announce the closing of Fund IV. It has been 13 years since we raised our first fund, and we are proud to be able to continue our mission to focus on our three core verticals in Fund IV. Tenex set out as an operationally centric firm and today, we feel we are stronger here than ever before. Our LPs are at the core of what we do – we have been privileged to experience loyalty from our existing investors and gain support from new investors across many continents. As we look ahead to Fund IV, we are thrilled with the support and look forward to deploying more of the same for our investors through partnering with management teams to drive superior results.

We are excited to announce three promotions! At Tenex, we recognize that our most valuable resource is our people. Kit and Taylor joined Tenex as Associates, were sponsored by Tenex to attend business school and subsequently rejoined us as Vice Presidents. We are thrilled to see them grow and evolve into the leaders they are today and take on the role of Principal. Betsy joined the firm at the start of 2024 and has had an immediate impact. Her tenacity, technical skills and team spirit has been welcomed and we are excited to promote her to Associate. Congratulations Kit York, Taylor Christmas and Betsy Blitch – well deserved!

It was a pleasure to host three #annualmeeting events last week – our Portfolio Company Tour, AGM dinner coupled with a fantastic key-note speaker and then hosting our Annual Meeting the following day. A big thank you to our Portfolio Company, Oliver Inc. for hosting us at their Long Island Facility & to Coach Greg Carvel for an enlightening key-note speech on ‘Character and Culture’!
