Every six weeks, leaders from public and private sectors convene at the Mississippi Action Learning Network (MALN) to collaboratively enhance services for the people of Mississippi. This peer group, comprising 15 leaders from various agencies, is making waves in advancing family economic mobility and addressing critical issues affecting Mississippians. Facilitated by Alex Figueroa, Assistant Director of Learning and Development at the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA), MALN provides a crucial platform for leaders to unite, share ideas and comprehensively understand their impact on Mississippi.
