“Here's the trick. It's not going in with a marketing-centric point of view. The trick is to work with people who do other things within the organization to understand their needs. And to us, marketing may own it, marketing will decide. If you're going through a rebrand, certainly marketing and C-suite will decide what a new logo looks like, what the color palette looks like, what the voice sounds like. And certainly the strategy.
