2moI've worked for Microsoft partners that were 85% contractor through to 2% contractor. I'm not sure I'd advise partners to sit at either of those extremes. In the first instance, you've got almost no ownership and low profitability and in the latter case, you suffer big time from fluctuations in demand. I would always recommend contractors are part of the mix.
