*When we neglect to multiply the gifts and skills God has given us, we will struggle to see our prayers answered*, leaving our children with nothing but a legacy of struggles and hardships. *Fight to be the best*. *We must take inventory of our growth and ask why you have grown so fast, too slowly, or never grown at all.* Remember, 'For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us *power*, love, and *self-discipline.* By failing to develop and use our talents and abilities, we waste the potential for blessings in our lives and miss opportunities to *grow socially and economically*. If we aren't giving *our best and consistently delivering excellent results, how will God partner with us?*

You are unique and treasured Most people think about purpose in the context of a job or profession. They skip all the aspects of worship, service and love looking for their career path. Work is part of who God made us to be but not all we are. We have to understand what work is. God created us for His glory, but He also planted a garden and put Adam in it to cultivate and maintain it. Additionally, Adam and Eve were to subdue and rule over the earth. Cultivate means to foster growth and to improve. To maintain means to preserve from failure or decline. To subdue means to exercise control and discipline. Rule over means to administer, take responsibility for, and make decisions. This mandate applies to all vocations. It means all jobs should be acknowledged as ministries and every workplace should be considered a mission field. God revealed Himself to the world by His work. Thus, work reveals something about the one doing the work. It exposes underlying character, motivations, skills, abilities, and personality traits. Jesus echoed this principle when He declared that bad trees produce only bad fruit and good trees only good fruit. Whatever we do should be to God’s glory. The term glorify means - "to give an accurate representation while recognizing the supreme excellence that is actually true.” Therefore, work done by Christians should give the world an accurate picture of God in righteousness, faithfulness, and excellence. God made each of us as unique and treasured creations made in His image. He shows us that work is done not only to benefit the worker, but others. He also shows us work in any form is a gift from God, and He equips His people for their work. We each have free will to choose what to do and how to use the special gifts He has given each of us. We find peace and joy in work when we do it to bring glory to Him and help others. Father God, thank you for creating, knowing and loving me. Help me find peace in how I work and serve you in the process. Help me know that you have me where I am for a reason. Amen.

LEAN ON THE SIDE OF GRATITUDES It's human to sometimes feel pressured, especially when set goals are getting delayed or difficult to attain. But it's wisdom to silence the urge and lean on the side of gratitudes. So when emotions want to overrule you, and pressure you on those goals you are yet to tick done, shift your focus on the ones you have attained, magnify the ones you've been able to tick, analyse your wins, feats and attainments of pasts, focus on the gifts of God around you. The Gift of Life, The Gift of Health, The Gift of Family, The Gift of Preservation and Protection, The Gift of Provision, The Gift of Christ an Advocate and more. Be grateful for everything around you, the big and the small, the seems insignificant or norm, be grateful for all, because they are all from the benevolence of God to you. Lean on the side of gratitudes, gratitudes will keep you unperturbed, gratitudes will keep pressure off you, gratitudes will keep you at peace, gratitudes will keep you functional at your very best, cos there will be no mental breakdown that comes with pressure. Gratitudes will keep your strength renewed. Gratitudes will sustain your focus and off course the vision will turn attained. Lean on the side of gratitudes, choose to see the goods, the positives, focus on your wins and things to be grateful for. Just Believe And It Is Done

Have you ever faced such situations in your lives and yet was saved by your God ? Does it mean you served humanity as per your God's wishes ? Do you think that all your gratitude summed up in life saved you and have another leash of life ? Do you think it's just mere luck that you believe in? Have you ever experienced a fraction of a second that you got saved in similar dangerous encounters? You see when you are in the hands of the perpetrators how #useless you are to save yourself? Is it God's choice under such circumstances that is destined by him? Does your courage,experience in life and intellect be useful to save yourself under such critical situations. Have you understood what great value that fraction of a second can decide one's fate ? Let's hear the manifestations that if you were in place of the fish ,what would be your reactions ?

MONDAY MORNING SECRETS * Having Access to the Corridors of Power. Corridors of Power are places where strategic decisions that affect almost everyone are made. I will highlight this in the context of the believer in God and Jesus Christ. A believer should learn on how to access the Corridors of Power, he/she should also learn strategies needed to stay in the Corridors of Power. (1) First acquire access to the Corridors of Power (2) Bring influence in the system. REfer to : Daniel 1:1- 21 Daniel had access to the Corridors of power, Daniel 1:5-7, He is now in Great city of Babylon, his name changed, he was a spoil of war and a captive from the weak defeated Judah. Daniel gained influence in Babylon Daniel 1: 8- 16. He did not want to be a part of the corrupt system, he wanted to remain pure and not join in. Daniel found favour in Ashpenaz( the man in charge of the training). Regardless of Daniel coming from a small city of Judea, he conquered Babylon. © As a believer you should find ways of penetrating the system. Note that: The world system is created not to favour the believer THINGS WHICH MAY ALLOW YOU TO PENETRATE THE WORLDLY CORRIDORS OF POWER. (1) Good Looks, Good in appearance, handsome, smartly dressed( Daniel 1: 3-4) World system looks at outward appearance and physical features. It should be known that when you take care of your physical appearance favour will follow you. Your outward appearance is key on your life. How you present yourself matters according to your target group. The world does not have the spiritual eyes to see the inside of you, your heart as the Church. Therefore, dress smartly, speak confidently. Figure yourself according to the system you want to penetrate (2) Social Class- develop leadership skills, get some Qualifications, train hard( Daniel 1:3-4). This will allow you to be considered for a position in the Corridors of power. The training that God is giving you as a believer is to have HIS own people in the Corridors of Power. As a believer you should study, get qualifications to have access in the world system. In this world system, you will say that you know how it is done, BUT, they will need a Qualification. (3) Quick to understand and Learn (Daniel 1: 4) The world system does not have time to use extra resources to train you- that why in job adverts you see all those years of experience needed. Someone who is slow to learn will not be profitable to the business - businesses have an objective of making a profit, it wants to be competitive, wants to move fast and efficiently. If you want to penetrate the Corridors of Power be quick to learn, develop and attitude of seriousness, be quick to adapt, be ready immediately an opportunity opens up. Opportunities come when you least expect them, so be prepared in advance, you never know when an opportunity Will knock. THINGS TO WHEN GIVEN ACCESS TO THE CORRIDORS OF POWER. (1) Avoid Familiarity (2) Develop highest level of Confidently
