🎉🏆 We are excited to announce that our ‘Menu Planning Challenge’ has come to an end.
The scope of the challenge was to highlight the importance of implementing and following a well-balanced menu on board, considering crew nationalities. The Galley Crew onboard the vessels under our Catering Management Services were invited to prepare a 1-week menu including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack options, taking into consideration the crew nationalities onboard their vessels.
Our judging committee, made up of our experienced chefs from our Oceanic Hospitality Training Centre, a nutritionist and our Wellbeing Services Manager, evaluated each entry. They took into account factors such as food variety & nutritional balance, menu presentation, creativity, execution & skills.
A warm thank you to the talented catering crew and the vessels who joined the challenge and shared their delicious menus with us.
