Couldn't ask for better company to share a massive Emirati seafood feast in Aweer than our VIP Pass members, some of whom even rolled down from Abu Dhabi! These are the familiar faces I get the pleasure of seeing again and again. It's intentional. We spend a lot of time thinking about how to bring people back. About 40% of our guests are locals or their visiting buddies. Loyalty programs aren’t really common with tour operators—or maybe I'm just not aware of them. Most are banking on a steady flow of new visitors to a city. It seems like a lost opportunity, especially in Dubai where the population is majority expatriate. Many are eager to find ways of exploring their new home. Many more get visitors throughout the year who they need to 'offload' to someone trusted to show them around. If you treat them right, there's a pretty high chance they'll return. Curious to hear your thoughts. Have you come across tour operators with loyalty programs in Dubai? Or best-in-class ones abroad?
