I’m incredibly proud to announce the launch of our first Kyndryl Readiness Report – combining exclusive insights from Kyndryl Bridge with survey data from 3,200 global leaders to explore the complexities of IT modernization!    In the report, we see that most IT and business leaders are currently on a transformation tightrope, balancing the need to innovate and future-proof their companies while driving efficiencies and delivering on their core promises. This balancing act has left many asking themselves, is our business ready for future risks and tech transformation?    Our report is rich with industry-specific information and thought-provoking insights from 18 countries to help drive critical conversations about the realities of tech readiness and end-of-life infrastructure. The report reveals a paradox. Is your IT modernization driving the value you need? We recently released the Kyndryl Readiness Report, revealing our key findings about tech readiness.   It shows several paradox’s that CEO’s and IT leaders are grappling with. 90% of business leaders are confident their IT infrastructure is best-in-class, but  64% of those same leaders are concerned their IT is outdated or close to end-of-life. From our Kyndryl Bridge insights over 44% of servers, storage, networks, and operating systems are approaching or at end-of-life. Over 94% of executives say that modernization is a priority, and only 30% feel they are leading in this space, with complexity and return-on-investment being the major challenges.   There is much to learn from this report, and insights that can be used to enhance plans for IT modernization and other key areas of value.
