Want to improve your mental health? What would you say if I found a device that will improve you’re mental health and connect you to communities with new people of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life. Learning to play an instrument WILL improve mental health - FACT! It’s never too late to start learning an instrument and the benefits will be felt immediately. The more you put in the more you get in return. If I could give one piece of advice to every human I would say learn an instrument. It’s a great tool to have to help you relax, heal, display/work through your emotions, and reduce stress.
