TS is a business as you know is our mantra is by event professionals for event professionals and that translates very seamlessly to our recruitment activities. We are not generalists, we are not recruiters learning about an industry. We're part of this industry. So we are able to really get under the skin of our clients needs and our candidates desires and ambitions and career direction. And so that real proximity to the industry we work in sets us apart.
