Happy Monday, everyone! 🤩 As we start this new week, let's take a moment to appreciate the beauty of resilience. Life and work can throw unexpected challenges our way, but it's how we respond that truly defines us. Every failure is a lesson, a stepping stone toward success. Just like in software testing, where each bug discovered brings us closer to a great product, our personal and professional setbacks are opportunities to grow and improve. Remember, it's not about never failing; it's about never giving up. Embrace each challenge with determination and learn from every mistake. This week, let's turn our tests into triumphs and our stumbles into stepping stones. Here's to resilience, growth, and making this week our best one yet! 🚀 #testlions #failure #softwaretesting

Today was one of the bad ones I had a really important test today and I’ve been reading for it since ,but the test turned out bad .The test was not really that hard but I know I didn’t do well on the test and I was so sad because I really read hard for the test. And to top it off I missed a very important deadline for a project I was working on.I felt like crying for the first time in months because of how frustrated I was . But that’s how life is .Not everyday will work out the way you want it to no matter how hard you try So what can you do ? Move on ,yes it’s ok to feel annoyed but don’t let a bad day make you feel like you have a bad life .Take a deep breath and move on .You can’t always have a good day,but you can always face a good day with a good attitude. Don’t be too hard on yourself .You have it in you to rise above whatever is bringing you down. And most importantly remember even a bad day is just 24hrs ,you’ll be OK 😊 Have a nice weekend 💃🏽 (P.S I made this video before I had the test 🙂) P.P.S (How do you plan on spending your weekend?) #life #learning #motivation #tech #softwareengineering

2023 has been an year of surprises, challenges, team work, lessons learnt etc. Had the opportunity and pleasure to meet and have discussions with some of the greatest minds across the industry verticals and academia. Here are my 2 cents that I would like to share with all My Key Learnings to Share: - Strategies are built on board rooms and once you are out of the room, nothing but execution matters. Meticulous execution while embracing attention to details, getting your hands dirty, working with the team at ground level are key aspects. - Keep things simple and never ever complicate. Challenge the norms and keep questioning - You may be surprised how this may ease the life of people in the org - Listen with an open mind and do not carry your baggage. This keeps you light on feet, flexible and agile. Enjoy the learnings and move on - Be responsible and take accountability of the tasks Most Important Hack for Learning: Follow people from your niche area and leverage Linkedin for the same. Explore their interactions with other experts and thus expanding your coverage area. This single hack has helped me immensely to enrich my knowledge in my domain areas. A ton of thanks to my mentors, friends, good souls, managers.. Special shout out to Manoj Chacko for all the support. Wishing all a wonderful new year ahead on behalf of Fly91.in family!

A conversation last week about this got me thinking. I’ve had the feeling of being an ‘imposter’ for years. Despite my success, it was all going to end. Any day now - it’s all going to come crashing down! It’s taken me years to get used to this feeling. After finally embracing it, here are my five takeaways: 1. If you’ve been given an opportunity, it’s likely you’ve got a long pattern of success behind you. 2. Those you look up to are rooting for you. They’re there for you. They want you to succeed! 3. You will never know it all. So, stop worrying that you don’t. Every day’s a school day. 4. What you’ve learned, skills you’ve acquired, and what you’re good at, are game changing for others. 5. Pause once in a while and just look back at the ground you’ve covered. You’ll be amazed. Above all else… Believe in yourself 🙌🏻. You will say “I can’t”… but, you can. Once you own it, you’ll become unstoppable. You will realise just how powerful you truly are. That’s when stuff truly gets fun. Your confidence will begin to grow. You will continuously become stronger everyday. So, do me a favour… Have faith! We’re all work in progress. So, be kind to yourself. Good luck 🤞🏼

🚀 Embrace the Oops: The Untapped Power of Mistakes! 🤦♂️✨ Let’s face it: We’ve all had those “Oops!” moments at work. Whether it’s sending an email to the wrong person, mixing up client names, or accidentally hitting “Reply All” (we’ve all been there), mistakes are inevitable. But guess what? They’re also incredibly valuable! Imagine this: You're giving a presentation, and your mind goes blank. Cue the panic! But instead of sinking, you crack a joke, regain your composure, and finish strong. That moment of sheer terror? It’s now a badge of honor and a story to tell. Mistakes aren’t just embarrassing slip-ups—they’re opportunities in disguise. They push us to learn, adapt, and grow in ways we never imagined. Here’s why embracing your inner mistake-maker can be a game-changer: 1. Learning Goldmine: Each mistake is a learning experience wrapped in awkwardness. Forget the textbooks—real-world blunders teach lessons that stick. So next time you misplace an important file, you’ll know exactly where NOT to put it! 2. Creative Catalyst: Ever notice how some of the best ideas come from a Plan B? Mistakes force us to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions. So when that carefully planned project goes sideways, let your creativity take the wheel. 3. Resilience Builder: Mistakes toughen us up. They teach us to bounce back, laugh at ourselves, and keep going. Remember, even superheroes trip over their capes sometimes! 4. Human Connection: Mistakes make us human and relatable. Sharing your goof-ups can create a culture of openness and trust. It’s a lot easier to bond over a shared “I can’t believe I did that” moment than a perfectly curated success story. So, here’s to the glorious, cringe-worthy, and downright hilarious mistakes we make. Let’s celebrate them, learn from them, and use them to fuel our growth. Next time you find yourself in a facepalm situation, remember: You’re in good company, and you’re growing stronger with every oops. #EmbraceTheOops #LearningThroughMistakes #GrowthMindset #Resilience #ProfessionalDevelopment

I ask the same question to me every Monday for the past 4 years. SO, HOW WAS MY LAST WEEK? If my answer is "Good"... my task is to do something awesome this week. If my answer is "hectic"... my task is to find a pattern and automate the stuffs I repeat. If my answer is "Meh ok"... then I have to totally change the working style or the project itself. If my answer is "not that good"... Find the fun element I miss or remove the boring element that ruins the fun. Let's try the same with you HOW WAS YOUR LAST WEEK? #mondaymotivation #productivity #growthhack
