In partnership with Techspace, we transformed a former Gin Distillery into a flexible office space that doubles its original capacity, supporting their growing member companies.  The design combines industrial-style offices with carefully planned breakout and collaborative spaces, enabling seamless teamwork and providing areas for focused work.  Sustainability was central to the project, with furniture and materials reused wherever possible, while original features like exposed concrete and timber beams were preserved to reflect the building’s history. For the new HQ office complex for international fashion brand BESTSELLER, the focus was on creating aesthetic and sustainable lighting solutions ✨    The building houses 800 workplaces, showrooms, an auditorium, video and film studios, a large canteen and shared facilities for fashion shows and conferences.     The complex uses carefully selected materials such as natural stone, dark oak wood, cast concrete, leather, and frosted metal.     The rich textures and details mean that the interiors do not appear sterile but create an atmosphere and character that goes far beyond a standard office environment and underscores Bestsellers image as a design-driving company.    A combination of natural and efficient mechanical ventilation, free cooling via sea-water heat exchange, full LED lighting, photovoltaics and a high-performance airtight and insulated envelope all contribute to keeping the total primary consumption for heating, cooling, lighting and mechanical below 52 kWh per square metre per year.     Discover this project in more detail here > https://lnkd.in/ewUiTg_Y     Project: Bestseller HQ  Architect: C.F.
