My favorite moments with faculty happened in moments of reflection with faculty. Each class had moments at some point to reflect and consider your thinking; it was during those moments that most faculty spoke honestly with students and listened to where we were at in our learning process. These genuine moments brought about authentic challenges to earnest moments of learning and growth. Is it time to upgrade to Modern Infrastructure in our education system? Navigating the importance of Infrastructure facilities in Education At the time of the conception of Thinkplus we were inspired by the vision of National Education Policy 2020(NEP) which advocated for the integration of state-of-the-art infrastructure with a flexible learning and digital interactive environment, the vision was in line with the OECD report(2017) that reported that the access to digital technologies and flexible environments can increase a student’s performance by 20%. The vision got us thinking about our own experiences and questioning “How deeply is infrastructure rooted in the Indian education system?” This led to a series of discussions, deliberations, and meetings with the experts in the field of education to truly understand the importance of infrastructure and to design the roadmap ahead to provide the students with the best education and training. After collating all the insights from interviews, meetings, and deliberations, Thinkplus finally expanded its education space by inaugurating the new Thinkplus campus, sprawling over 4600 sq ft, establishing Thinkplus as the largest IPMAT, CAT, and CLAT coaching center in Vizag. As Thinkplus is deeply committed to the students we wanted to provide them with the best learning environment in the new expanded education space, for the optimal learning environment we've included :  * A dedicated studio to help provide students with a flexible learning environment by recording lectures and disseminating knowledge to all  * A fully equipped library to help students gain resources for exams as well as expand their worldview  * A Student corner to facilitate student interactions and promote peer learning, enhancing their learning experience. * Interactive Digital classrooms help build a foundation for the students through concept-building modules We take the first step towards the expansion of the education space to help students fulfill their aspirations by helping them provide a conducive environment. This is a significant milestone in supporting students in achieving their academic goals, including admissions to top IIMs through the IPM exam, CAT exam, and CLAT exams and unlocking their academic aspirations.
