As a Highway design engineer, I utilize advanced simulation software to design and optimize transportation infrastructure projects. After working on HEC-RAS past few weeks on how elevations of the terrains projected by various GIS systems can if not at most not possess right terrain data causing one to rework and reedit these elevation data manually within the created geometry and can be tedious 😩. I have seen this functionality of extracting HEC-RAS data within the OpenBridge Modeller just never had time to play with it and so thankful of this video below 👇🏽 which will make my long weekend fun 🤩.
