Let's talk golf. TGL golf. A new three on three prime time golf league on ESPN. 6 teams from six cities made-up of the top players on the PGA Tour will play in two hour weekly matches culminating in playoffs and championship. There are two sessions, the 1st triples A9 hole, 3 versus 3 alternate shot. The 2nd singles 6 holes of players going head-to-head. Each hole is worth one point. If tied at the end and overtime, determines the winner. So that in the first of its kind venue, the players head into a massive screen 20 times the size of a normal simulator screen, from up to 35 yards out. The short game will be played in an area larger than 4 basketball courts on a tech infused green within adaptable surface to create hold the whole variations. TGL is also bringing the golf shot clock, a raft, a timeout to ice the golfer, a hammer to raise the stakes and the players are all miked up to get you in on the action.
