A year ago we launched our own game studio, Goosicorn. We built the technology from the ground up, not an easy feat when so many off the shelf options are available, we just wanted more than what was available... One of the key features we built was 'smart bet'; when we see a player for the first time we will automatically adjust your first bet relative to your balance, we call it 'value-entertainment'. This was on top of making sure we gave players the highest RTPs when, for different reasons, operators are lowering them... There is now new regulation, which comes into full force in September, where all UK gaming suppliers have to limit the bet sizes on slots to £2 to anyone under the age of 25 and £5 for anyone over 25. An evolution of 'smart-bet' Ahead of Septembers deadline this new stake limit requirement is live on Goosicorn slot games - along side our 'smart-bet' functionality obvs - which are only available on MrQ.com 

February is shaping up to be one of the busiest months for big game releases this year. Three of the four most-followed games on Steam with announced release dates are scheduled to release in February. Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is the first out the door, set to release on February 4th, and it’s shaping up to be something special. Initially scheduled to release on February 11th, the same day as Civilization VII, the game's launch was moved to an earlier date to secure a more favorable release window. Having the optimal release window is crucial to setting up a game for the success it’s meant to achieve. We think moving the release date was a smart decision, especially considering the overlapping player base between the other titles released in February. We’ll dive deeper into this tomorrow.
