What would you do if you had to... Reduce your customers/clients by 50% and increase your annual revenue by 50% at the same time? For example: If you currently earn $100,000 per year from 10 consulting clients, what changes would you make to get to $150,000 per year from only 5 clients?
Have the clients self-select in the calendar invite. Sounds like you know the value/client rate you need; have prospects confirm that before booking the meeting. Elevate the prospecting and screening process, and look for 6-mo retainer deals vs. ad hoc or 3-mo
Raising prices; offering more services. What else?
Raise my prices and make sure I’m focusing on the right types of clients.
I'm working on doing that right now. Requires you to focus on high-value clients and high-revenue services.

5moI’m doing this. #1 define all the characteristics of an ideal client, especially the characteristics that would support the objective of higher fees. Get very clear on what they want. #2 think about everything your offer needs to include to get those clients what they want (as opposed to part of what they want or offering a partial solution) #3 focus your marketing and business development on communicating that you won’t just “do your work,” but your work is a tool that makes it possible for your ideal clients to get the results they want.
