Meet Audsley Carr, a founding member of our team and lead in Go-To-Market searches!   After graduating from the University of Virginia, Audsley began her recruiting career at Betts Recruiting where she focused her expertise across VC-backed software companies specializing in Sales and Marketing placements at the leadership level.   With a background in Sales and Marketing, Audsley's expertise has led to successful VP and C-level placements at global high-growth enterprise software companies while working closely with investors at TA Associates, Hg Capital, and Insight Partners. With over 45 successful searches across GTM leadership since joining Assembly in 2019, Audsley is an integral member of the team.   After almost a decade of living in Austin, Audsley returned to her hometown of Memphis, where she now lives with her husband and two daughters.
