The Avra Group is opening a fourth Avra Estiatorio location in NYC, signing a 20-year lease for 20,000 square feet on the West 33rd Street side of Vornado Realty Trust's Farley Building at 390 Ninth Avenue. CBRE's Gary Trock arranged the deal for The Avra Group while Vornado was represented in-house by Edward Hogan. #CommercialRealEstate
