Today we are delighted to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Volution's Initial Public Offering on the London Stock Exchange! We have had an exciting journey since IPO and are proud of the significant progress made towards our purpose of providing healthy indoor air, sustainably. Here are some key highlights from the last 10 years we are particularly proud of: 1. Acquisition of dozens of businesses to reach our strategic targets: we have a presence in 17 countries and generate 60% of revenue from non-UK customers 2. Compound annual growth rate of 13.3% in revenue and 12.7% in adjusted earnings per share 3. Grown employee numbers by 86% since 2014, to 1,871 as of 2023 4. Generated 70% of our revenue from low-carbon products 5. Reduced the Company’s scope 1 and 2 carbon intensity from 36.8 tonnes in 2014 to 11.1 tonnes in 2023 6. Hi, it's me, Meg. This week, I find myself talking about two things: 1) How hot it is; 2) How it'll be Thanksgiving before we know it. Q3 starts next week which also means the start of the second half of 2024. ICYMI: toth shop is sharing some quick tips to get you thinking about content, messaging & brand storytelling for the back-half of this year. Since we're all talking about the temperatures this week... Tip #4 - conduct a North Start temperature check. 🌡️ Your North Stars - your guiding lights! - are: your organization's mission, vision & core values. Like people and businesses, North Stars evolve over time, company culture, and goals - financial, cultural and operational goals. Take a break for some deep thinking and schedule time to revisit your North Stars. - Are they reflective of who you are and what your organization does? - Are there opportunities to be more clear with these content pieces? - Can you see this mission lived out throughout your brand? - Are there NEW, fresh (maybe younger?) voices you can invite to the table and ask THEIR thoughts on these North Stars and their relevancy or accuracy? Note: This work doesn't require a week-long retreat in Sedona. It means some time away from technology to really deep think with the right people.
