At The AZEK Company, we believe in the power of community and the impact we can create when we come together. During the holiday season, AZEK employees gave to the causes that matter most to them and through AZEK’s Employee Charitable Match Program, we doubled their impact! This resulted in over $10,000 flowing into our communities. We are proud to see the difference AZEK employees are making and are excited to continue the momentum in 2025! Work somewhere you can make a difference! Find out more about joining the AZEK family and explore our current openings here: https://lnkd.in/gBiZw8q6

I am in day three of reading and taking in the new Neon One recurring giving report. I didn't attend #AFPICON so I missed the launch party. This report is gold. If you're in nonprofit fundraising, nonprofit leadership, or on a nonprofit board development committee, definitely get it and go over it. Recurring donors change everything. I have seen the reality of even just the smallest effort in asking donors to give monthly. If you haven't seen the report, check out Tim Sarrantonio's feed to have a look. #nonprofits #fundraising #alwayslearning #monthlygiving #data

Just out of great conversation with Jim Cooke thinking about how we build on the great collaboration that already happens between Local Infrastructure and Charitable Foundations. This is not, for me, first and foremost about money - it's about how we work together on our shared interests in enabling the wider VCSE. Top of my list are: *closer co-work to enable smaller organisations and organisations led by/working with minoritized communities to access funding *taking the action to ensure our own organisations are made up of all the communities we work with *working to build better, more diverse governance We're still in the exploratory phase about what we could do together, so watch this space. Would love to hear where your priorities lie for closer working between local infrastructure and charitable foundations.

The Fund Raising School at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, in collaboration with Lilly Endowment Inc., launched the Advancing Indiana's Nonprofit Sector program and Young & Established was selected to attend. This initiative will empower Indiana nonprofit organizations with training and resources to enhance their fundraising capabilities and better serve their communities. Drawing on insights from surveys and focus groups conducted in five regions of Indiana, The Fund Raising School is piloting this innovative program in 2025. The pilot program will provide tailored fundraising training to nonprofit leaders, focusing on small and medium-sized organizations in Southern and Northeastern Indiana. We are grateful for this opportunity!
