Most Med Spas and Aesthetic Wellness clinic deal with the same four problems from my experience. 1. No one knows about them. 2. They don't generate enough leads. 3. They rely on referrals for new business and cannot generate cold traffic. 4. When they do generate leads, they are unqualified. The only way to stop this is to create a lead generating system that doesn't rely solely on one channel for it to work. For our clients, we use four main channels of lead generating: - Paid Ads - Content - Outreach - Partnerships You want to create a system that generates leads on demand and doesn't rely on one of them working for your business to convert cold traffic. Accomplishing the clinic growth flywheel is extremely important. It puts your clinic in a category of it's own, where you generate leads in your sleep, book appointments on demand, and sell higher ticket packages consistently.
