Just 10 days in to 2025 and we've got companies announcing major shifts to their policies, return to office initiatives, and even layoffs. So it seems like a good time to remind you all that Zapier is hiring with openings across engineer, sales, marketing, support, and more. What you might like: - automation and AI is a very cool space to be in - we're remote, and that's not going to change as we've always been remote - we're global and get to work with diverse colleagues spread across the world - we continue to invest in DEI initiatives, for example, we added an additional ERG in the last year (for neurodivergent team member) and compensate those leaders. - we're parent-friendly with policies like paid parental leave, family-forming benefits, flexible PTO, and more. What you might not like: - we don't have an office (though you can use your "work well" budget for co-working space if you'd like!) - we work somewhat asynchronously and a lot is done in writing (though we encourage various productivity tools to support with this!) - expectations are high and always on the rise (though again, your team is here to support you!)
