The largest players in the ag industry will tell you #massbalance is the only option. The reality is that mass balance is the cheapest option. Supply chains can be #identitypreserved directly from a certain varietal, a certain group of producers, and a certain set of environmental practices and outcomes. Yes, it requires more work to break the mold of conventional commingled supply chains.
