If I were running in the election today, my first priority would be to abolish the Benefit in Kind tax for health and wellbeing! Why? Because employees deserve access to benefits without being taxed on them. Access to benefits like healthcare and wellness programs directly contributes to employees' physical and mental wellbeing.
