Collaboration is the key.

Before we closed on the former school property for RYSE Creative Village, we would bring creatives who we envisioned using the creative space out for a tour. We would share the vision with them and ask for feedback, which we used as inspiration. After we toured the main property, we would walk them over to an additional acre and a half adjacent parcel of land that we were also purchasing and always ask a simple question.⁠ ⁠ Us: What else do you need?⁠ ⁠ Them: An affordable place to live.⁠ ⁠ Us: Say less.⁠ ⁠ It was at that point RYSE Media 'House' (the original name), evolved into RYSE Creative 'Village'.⁠ ⁠ Last week, the City of Atlanta planning department approved our rezoning which will allow us to make Phase II of this project a reality. We call it TRYBE House; an approximate 100 unit new construction affordable housing development, where creativity can build community.⁠ ⁠ Still a ways to go before we are breaking ground on this phase, but moments like this make the journey worth it.
