According to (Labor Finders), in 2022 (1.3 million women) worked in the U.S construction industry.. accounting for 10.9% of this blue collar workforce! Evolutionary Tools spent over 2 years creating the ideal foam padding for female use. Testing 5 radically different shapes, compositions and thicknesses. Based purely on comfort, performance and female user feedback, we now offer a removeable,breathable, washable, 1.5 inch thick, hypoallergenic foam cushion. All units also come standard with a machine washable, 100% cotton cover. This cover wicks sweat away from the body and allows for continuous sanitary use of the tool. Female users wear the chestplate lower, ⬇️ on their abdomen, with this specific use method in mind, we created a shorter standard arm for female use, as the arm has less distance to travel. Our mission to create user centric tools will never end. Just as no two bodies are the same, no two user experiences are the same. AAAAAANNNNND... we're back to live action, here at Advantage Innovations, Inc. I have to admit, it's kind of weird being in an office environment for the first time...ever. I came out of design school and immediately started my first company...just me, myself and I, installing window films, automotive graphics and accessories. Yeah, I come from an auto customizing background, doing that work on the side during college and then leaping into that world with both feet when I saw how bad the job market was for freshly minted designers was back in the mid-80's. After 11 years primarily in the auto world, I transitioned my company to being solely involved in the commercial film and graphics world. Even then, as my company grew, I was out in the field. Partly doing my primary role in sales, partly troubleshooting and directing our installation teams. My next career step was to move to Sangetsu, the maker of Reatec Architectural Finishes and the parent company of Koroseal. During my time there, I was working mostly from home...or traveling the entire country to broaden our dealer/installer network. My favorite quip from those days, when asked what my "office looked like" was to comment "my office looks like a First Class seat on a 737". But now I'm in an office. It's all peopley...very peopley. But those people are amazing and our team here is incredible and concerned about the right things...delivering projects complete, correct, on time and on budget. Plus...I get to teach. Our Team Event: Embodying our Baumann values of Time, Inspiration, Together, we were tasked with creating sculptures from scrap metal that represent these three core principles. Fueled by passion, collaboration, and creativity, the result was three fantastic sculptures that perfectly reflect our culture. The creation of three unique sculptures that powerfully express our Baumann values was a fantastic outcome. Pretty small, yet one of the biggest excitements to get! We just received this beautifully crafted scale model of the telescopic loader we designed, highlighting our collaborative efforts with our amazing client. It's a true work of art that perfectly captures the innovative features of the loader. It's always one of the coolest things to have a scale model of your work, it somehow is the cherry on top after a successful project.  Especially if the model is so nicely and true to detail manufactured in solid quality. We see this model is a testament to the dedication and hard work that went into designing a top-of-the-line product, made possible through our partnership with SANY Europe GmbH Designing the telescopic loader was a challenging yet rewarding process, made even more successful through the valuable input and collaboration with our client. By working closely together, we were able to fully understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that the final product met their expectations. And now we have one sample in our office! Cool thing! You may understand why we cannot display an original :) Customer loyalty is the ultimate reward for our combined efforts.
