What can humanity do to face floods and droughts? Apparently, the solution is not to fight against natural forces; instead, try to work together. Indigenous peoples play a crucial role as environmental guardians, preserving our forests and biodiversity. Their efforts have ensured the preservation of significant forested areas to date. However, the ongoing displacement of indigenous settlements from these areas poses a significant threat, both to the indigenous communities themselves and to the environment they protect. To address this issue, it is imperative to encourage the production of documentaries in collaboration with indigenous communities. These documentaries can serve as powerful tools for raising awareness and fostering understanding of the importance of indigenous stewardship of the environment.
