Brilliant work by Sarah Brady in our design team, she's used #Optymyse to create a #peoplefriendly #contactcentre #wallboard design which combines calming colours, visuals and sounds to recognise great work and remind #contactcentre agents to take a break when call volumes are low and #kpis are high. Also possible vis desktop. When things are less calm, and kpis start to drop there's an equally kind message accompanied by audio which asks agents to step up and help out without making them feel bad or triggering the #fightorflight response. #Optymyse allows #contactcenter leaders to use #wallboards and #dashboards in a way that avoids increasing #workplacestress which we all know results in high #staffturnover , #mentalhealth issues and other expensive #workplace problems. #thankyou Sarah Brady #kudos #teamplayer #employeeengagement #happy #kindness #consideration #respect

A committed crew is essential to the magic of filmmaking, but their wellbeing may suffer as a result of long hours, rigorous schedules, and creative pressures. A stressed crew is a less productive crew. Follow these simple measures as a foundation to establish a welcoming and encouraging environment: -> Pre-Production: - Measure crew needs using a third-party survey (nutrition, communication, mental health). - - In a pre-production briefing, describe the well-being plan (food, rest areas, and resources). - Establish a buddy system to motivate crew members to watch out for each other. - Provide balanced meals and wholesome snacks, including vegetarian and vegan options. - Plan for stretching breaks and promote getting outside. Consider on-site yoga! - Observe the channels of communication and respond quickly to any crew concerns. - Promote mental health resources (such as hotlines and EAPs). -> Post-Production: - Get feedback (via an independent survey or discussion) to make future productions better. - Host a wrap party or lunch to honour the crew's hard work and commitment to wellbeing. By taking these actions, you create a happy, encouraging atmosphere for a productive, healthy team. However, every production is unique and we provide customised surveys suited to the particular requirements of your production and offer practical solutions to close the gap and maximise the performance of your remote team. When your boss says 'think outside the box,' they really mean 'Your ideas are so boring, they could put a caffeine addict to sleep.' It's their way of demanding the impossible with zero help. Levelling up the business doesn't need to be hard. I work with you to build a brand identity and WIX Studio website that focuses on better processes. Take back more time so you can fall back in love with your business.
Carolina, a voice & sound therapist in the health & Wellness industry, is a great example of change... She came to me already offering the odd 1-to-1 session but wanted to create a more passive offering without losing her personal connection to her clients - or her time. Together, we've developed On-Demand, Online, Bite-Sized Sound Therapy audio clips, with over 65 high-quality therapeutic soundtracks categorised for different types of pains from body parts. These will be accessible anytime and fit effortlessly into even the busiest lifestyles. It's an affordable subscription package that Carolina's business can be built from. It's a starting block, and a way forward. Now, she has an automated system that offers passive income, yet her personal touch remains at the heart of her business. Her clients still feel connected to her and trust her guidance, while she can still look to build something for the future. It wasn't about Carolina choosing between automation and connection but finding the right balance. She can still be at the forefront of her business while building efficient systems that support the offering. The goal was to free up more time for what truly mattered, working directly with clients, while ensuring that the automated services reflected her values and personality. I'd say job done, although, we're just about to start formulating that business model with a new WIX website. I've popped a link to a new blog I've put together that specifically goes through those important stages... #HealthandWellness #businessgrowth #devonbusiness

🤝 Helping EMDR therapists amplify their impact | 🎓 Psychology major dropout turned EMDR therapy ally | 🌟 Teaching therapists to grow authentic brands | 🚀 Business Coach + Marketing Consultant | 🌐 WordPress Expert
I know why more therapists don't start their own private practices. It's the emotional side of it. They feel unready, maybe even a little intimidated. First, they must believe in their success, not just as a therapist, but as an entrepreneur, a business owner. Still, many do dare to take that step and many of them succeed. A mountain is a mountain or a mole hill all depending on how you look at it. #MentalHealth #Psychology #Therapist https://lnkd.in/gY8BaG4w

Crafting your own private practice affords you the liberty to sculpt your schedule autonomously, ushering in a work-life equilibrium tailored precisely to your preferences and lifestyle, an opportunity conventional settings seldom provide. The canvas of private practice beckons, offering a palette to paint a professional life that harmonizes seamlessly with personal priorities and commitments, fostering a sense of harmony and fulfillment. #mentalhealthmatters #healthiswealth #healthcoach

Your environment has more impact on you than you realize. I recently attended a training session about the use of in-ear monitors during musical performance. I learned about building my personal audio mix from all of the available feeds to drive my best vocal delivery. Most surprising was including certain options to help drive emotional expression, which can help me connect with the audience. I'm a novice and didn't realize that such subtle adjustments would make such big impact. Managing what I choose to hear clearly contributes to how I project, emote, and behave on stage. That got me thinking. Couple selective sound with how a room smells, is lit, composed, etc, and you have a lot of control over how you perform and engage all the time. When I consider the areas where I spend the most time, are any already set up ideally? to meet my needs? just function well enough? My favorite chair at home is comfortable, has lighting options, is optimized for why I sit there, and quickly and easily configurable. No wonder I like being there. It's a space that is designed to make me happy. But what about my work space? With this framework in mind, I tried to objectively evaluate my office space. It's not as organized as I want for workflow. It's not as clean as I want. There's no good scent control. No ambient sound control. There are things to do that would make me feel better and happier in my space. If I extend that thinking to how other people perceive and behave in my space, the list gets longer. Simple things that drive not just productivity, but happiness and wellbeing. It's subtle, but you have a lot of power over how you work and feel by managing your spaces. What simple changes can you make to your spaces that make them better suited for you? Decluttering is a start, but what else? You likely spend a lot of time there so positive changes can yield long-lasting results. *Photo is my dog in his favorite spot in the house. Clearly optimized for his comfort.

It's not always about the products that help to solve noise issues within the workplace, it's finding out what is actually needed. This initial consultation is done by a qualified acoustician, who comes to your office, can assess the space and potential issues, and then discuss what is best for you (or your client). Once this is done, we can then decide whether sound masking is the best solution or one of our acoustic products. Contact us for that first step to determining how we can help you solve noise that could be getting in the way of productivity and staff wellbeing. Exactly as we did for our client below... #acousticsolutions #noisecontrol #workplacedesign #soundmasking #officedesign

“A good compromise leaves everyone dissatisfied” - Larry David Sometimes, both the employer and the employee have wildly different ideas about what the accommodation should look like, and the compromise isn’t what either party wanted. And that’s ok! Remember that the interactive process is ONGOING, and you can always meet again to discuss new possibilities. #humanresources #disabilitymanagement #riskmanagement
