🌸🌱 Embrace #NoMowMay! This movement is more than letting your lawn grow wild for a month—it's about sharing our green spaces with small creatures that need them. Lawns cover 40 million acres in the US, but they often lack the floral resources and nesting sites bees and other pollinators need. Why mow less in the Spring? The start of the growing season is critical for hungry, newly emerged native bees. Allowing your lawn to grow longer and letting flowers bloom can provide much-needed nectar and pollen. Mowing less creates habitats and boosts wildlife diversity. Even mowing every 2-3 weeks can help! Let's rethink our lawns to support pollinators and make a big impact on biodiversity. Join the movement for a greener, buzzing lawn this May and the rest of Spring! 🌿💚 #NoMowMay #PollinatorFriendly #SaveTheBees #Biodiversity #EcoFriendly #GardeningForGood #NativePlants
