One of our team members who’s absolutely crushing it right now: Wells Davis. A bit about Wells: A few years ago, Wells started on our Inbound Sales Team, helping potential new Members choose the Landing that was right for them. Wells was then hand-picked to join a small group of top performers to pilot a new local, hands-on operations approach called Field Operations. The Field Ops pilot was so successful that we shifted how we supported our Members & Property Partners in the field and Wells then fully relocated to DFW. Wells' performance and leadership qualities over those first few quarters catapulted him to being promoted to Hub Manager, leading all of DFW. A year later, as I was building out our new Sales Team, I knew I needed someone hungry, that didn’t mind grinding to win. He didn’t ask me if I thought he would be a good candidate, he told me, “I want this role.” That was about ten months ago. Since then, Wells has taken off like a rocket ship: • He has had multiple months where he closed half the team’s goals by himself. • He knows our business inside and out, and Partners notice. • With his recent success, he bought a beautiful new house for his growing family. Wells is the first one in and the last one out of the office. His dedication is bar none. That’s what it takes to win. The best part about having Wells on the team? We talk about much more than driving business. He’s typically one of my first phone calls when I have a few free minutes during the day, and we catch up about family, goals, and life. With 8+ years of experience, I started by headhunting prospects and closing deals. After earning a master’s in marketing and operations, I returned to sales, doubling down on pre-sales. At Xeno, I create personalized solutions after understanding the client's needs, then demo everything we offer. I also work on demand generation and craft knowledge documents for the sales team. I love the fact that I get to wear multiple hats, which has allowed me to work on and execute numerous projects from scratch, taking full ownership. Seeing the measurable impact of these projects is one of my proudest achievements. What I love about Xeno is the transparency. From shoveling manure on a farm to maneuvering his way through one-make championships on race circuits, Adam embodies a diverse set of experiences that fuel his dynamic approach to life. WHAT'S A FUN FACT ABOUT YOU I used to work as a farmer, my first job involved shoveling manure into a wheelbarrow after the cows had been through the milking parlor. This was a unique task, aiming to avoid spreading it around the yard. I also have a background in amateur racing, participating in one-make championships at circuits across the country. Among my favorite tracks are Anglesey in Wales and Oulton Park in England. One memorable race stands out –at Oulton Park where, despite starting lower on the grid due to a poor qualifying session, I worked my way through the field in pouring rain to secure a second-place finish. I was closing in on the lead, but unfortunately, the laps ran out before I could overtake. WHAT DO YOU LIKE DOING IN YOUR SPARE TIME I enjoy walking in the countryside, riding my motorbike, spending time with my family, and to traveling around a bit. I also like tinkering with things like doing DIY. I restored my own tractor, stripping it to the sum of its parts and rebuilding it over four years.
