What our members often find is that at a certain level of seniority, they're on a solo journey at that point, the only people who can truly help them get to the next level are their peers, those who really understand their challenges and aspirations. You get to think outside the box. You get inspiration. Typically you'll get five times more ideas spending two days here than you would in two or three months at home. It gives me new ideas, it gives me inspiration and having that insight into other people's, you know, wins and areas of improvement and learnings has, has helped enrich what I, you know, bring forth as strategic initiatives within my organizations. I think it's extremely enriching and this helps me have a 360 view in a in a way of of risks that can be also relevant to my company. By bringing together people in similar roles across different industries, we help our members grow personally while contributing to solutions and innovations that ripple outward, ultimately shaping the future of business and society as a whole. It's very much about cheering, it's very much about inspiration and you really get out of it with actionable insights. As the leader, you want to be in touch with what's going on externally on the market and having a go to place to learn ourselves with peers and through very open discussions. It's really like coming for a friends reunion almost.
